What Are the Steps for Senara's Design and Build Process?

If design is needed before construction is complete, the Senara team will first measure the site area intended for design and build. This can be done once construction has reached a minimum stage—walls are plastered, ceilings are finished with gypsum, and floors are tiled. If construction hasn't reached this stage but design work is still required, we can begin the design process using finalized construction drawings. After the design is completed and approved, we can then proceed with calculating the cost for build and installation.

How long does the design and build process take with Senara?

The design phase typically takes about 1 to 2 weeks, starting from the moment Senara receives the site measurement data. For the build phase, production at the workshop usually takes around 2 to 4 weeks for a single area and about 6 to 8 weeks for an entire house. Once production is complete, the on-site installation process generally takes around 1 week for a single area and approximately 4 weeks for a full house.

What is the estimated cost for Senara’s design and build services?

For new design projects, the design fee ranges from Rp 200,000 to Rp 250,000 per square meter of the designed area, with a minimum charge of 15 m² or Rp 3,500,000. This fee is calculated as a lump sum on a case-by-case basis, depending on the complexity of the desired design. If you proceed with building the furniture through Senara, you will receive a 30% cashback on the design fee, which will be deducted from the final payment. As for the furniture build, prices vary significantly depending on the approved design. The Senara team will provide a detailed quote on a case-by-case basis. However, to give a general idea, estimated starting prices per square meter are as follows: kitchen sets from Rp 3,250,000, cabinets with doors from Rp 3,150,000, open cabinets from Rp 2,500,000, wall panels from Rp 1,500,000, shelves from Rp 800,000, desks with drawers from Rp 2,500,000, and framed mirrors from Rp 1,300,000.

How is the payment term structured for Senara’s services?

The payment is divided into three stages. A 50% down payment is required at the start of the project. The first installment of 40% is due before the items are delivered to the site. The remaining 10% is paid upon completion of the installation work. If you are eligible for the 30% design fee cashback, it will be deducted from this final payment.

What is the warranty period for Senara’s work?

Senara provides a warranty period starting from the date of project handover. The finishing work is covered for 30 calendar days, while hardware components such as drawer slides, cabinet hinges, and similar items are covered for 60 calendar days.

What are the standard product specifications used by Senara?

Senara’s standard product specifications are designed to ensure quality and durability. For boards, we use plywood. The standard HPL and PVC sheet finishes are from Taco, with HPL codes including AA, B, J, H, and FC. For top tables, we use 60 x 60 cm granite tiles from brands such as Niro or Roman. As for hardware, we use soft-closing rails and hinges from Taco, Mobel, or Huben. We are also open to custom specifications if you prefer materials or brands outside our standard range.
